Job Description
Consultor SAP SuccessFactors PMGM conduzindo implementações e rollouts para clientes da SEIDOR, consultoria de tecnologia. Configurando processos de metas, avaliações, testes, go-live e hypercare.
Responsibilities:
- Work on end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and rollout projects
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data load/migration preparation, cutover, and go-live/hypercare support
- Conduct AS-IS/TO-BE workshops with HR and IT teams to design goal-setting and performance management processes
- Prepare solution designs and functional documentation, including mappings, decisions, rules, and cycle workflows
- Configure and customize performance review cycles, periods, steps, templates, sections, goal definition and cascading, workflows, permissions, visibility, and business rules
- Support SIT/UAT by preparing test scenarios, assisting key users, documenting evidence, and resolving defects
- Support cutover and go-live, ensuring final configurations, validations, and change communications are completed
- Troubleshoot processes, rules, and integration impacts related to PMGM
- Create and maintain test scripts, quick reference guides, training materials, and adoption documentation
- Guide and train key users, HR analysts, and managers
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to align dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Ensure PMGM alignment with the client’s HR policies and SAP best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals), including significant involvement in implementation and rollout projects
- Strong knowledge of PMGM configuration, including performance review cycles, templates, sections, scripts, workflows, and rules
- Experience gathering requirements and designing performance management and goal-setting processes
- Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), key-user support, and defect resolution
- Functional familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations, such as Integration Center, APIs, and connectors
- Ability to support failure analysis
- Ability to prepare functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, mappings, test scripts, and evidence
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Compensation, or Learning is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced English is a plus
- Experience participating in upgrade projects and release preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of performance management and goal-setting methodologies is a plus
- Ability to conduct workshops and deliver functional and end-user training is a plus
