Job Description
Consultor SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals para implementar, configurar e sustentar soluções corporativas da EVT. Apoio à gestão de desempenho, análise de requisitos e melhorias com comunicação profissional em inglês.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solution
- Support performance and goal management processes
- Analyze requirements and propose improvements
- Ensure that functionality is aligned with business needs
- Collaborate with the teams involved
- Use advanced/fluent English for professional communication
Requirements:
- Experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Experience with the Performance & Goals module
- Knowledge of solution configuration, support, and enhancement
- Ability to analyze requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Advanced/fluent English required
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Sense of urgency and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player
