Job Description
Junior Service Analyst role in a company that develops AI-driven SaaS solutions. Involves data management and collaboration with internal teams to enhance business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute migrations, imports, and manipulation of data or documents in our systems and platforms;
- Develop scripts to manipulate data in files, databases, and APIs;
- Activate and configure technical services within the company's solutions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper integration and operation of systems;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL;
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs;
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, tools, applications, and concepts.
