Job Description
Creative Strategist Lead overseeing creative strategy for US Social Casino accounts. Leading a creative team while translating performance data into effective concepts and results.
Responsibilities:
- Own creative strategy for Social Casino accounts across Paid Social, Programmatic, and App Store channels
- Generate concepts and briefs for UGC, influencer, Motion Graphics, and Playable content that convert
- Lead and mentor a team of strategists, copywriters, and video editors
- Write scripts and shape storyboards for video content
- Partner with media buyers to analyze performance data
Requirements:
- Proven creative strategy experience at a performance-driven agency or in-house team with measurable results
- Deep UGC and influencer expertise
- Strong scriptwriting skills and comfort shaping video content from concept to final cut
- Data fluency in CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves
- Team leadership experience
