Job Description
Lead Engineer building software for planning and developing medical teams at SEDIWORK. Combining hands-on engineering, architecture, technical leadership, and customer collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and solve complex technical problems
- Design architecture and make key technology decisions
- Provide technical leadership to other developers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure a high standard of engineering quality
- Work closely with Product to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Take ownership from the initial idea through to deployment for customers in production
- Help evolve the team, processes, and technology
- Collaborate hands-on with customers on the product
- Help shape an engineering team at SEDIWORK
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or prior experience as a Tech Lead
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Solid understanding of software architecture
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Willingness to provide technical leadership and take on greater responsibility
- Experience or interest in technical leadership, code reviews, and engineering quality
- Tech stack: TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud technologies, Docker
- AI and optimization for complex planning problems
- Prior expertise in every technology in the stack is not required
