Job Description
Lead Front End Developer at Take Profit Trader, responsible for frontend architecture and mentoring engineers. Collaborating with teams to deliver scalable and efficient user experiences using modern frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, reviews, and coaching
- Own frontend architecture decisions and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Design and build complex user interfaces using Angular and/or React
- Work with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks and tooling
- Build and integrate frontend applications with APIs and event-driven backend services
- Develop applications using Next.js and NestJS where applicable
- Establish best practices for component architecture, state management, performance, and security
- Review pull requests, enforce coding standards, and improve code quality
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate requirements into clean technical solutions
- Stay hands-on with development while balancing leadership responsibilities
- Identify technical debt and drive refactoring and improvements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular and/or React
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js, NestJS, and frontend/backend integration patterns
- Experience building applications with Next.js
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
- Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
