Job Description

Leave Administrator supporting Leave of Absence processes at Trinity Health. Performing administrative tasks and collaborating with key customers to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative service, support, and solutions for Leave of Absence processes
  • Performs clerical functions including customer service, data entry, and maintenance of records
  • Supports key customers in meeting their expectations
  • Collaborates on performance improvement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis
  • Knowledge of leave of absence administration, payroll, or related field
  • Experience working in multiple software/computer systems (UKG, Kronos, Workday, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to present data-driven reports (nice to have)
