Job Description
OHSU Practice Plan Program Administrator assisting in compensation programs and incentive plans for clinicians. Supports ongoing operational activities of OHSU's compensation structure for clinical faculty and associates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in the development, installation, and administration of compensation programs and incentive plans for the faculty and clinician roles in the OHSU Practice Plan (OPP) and School of Medicine.
- Support the clinical and business needs for the implementation and ongoing operational activities of the clinical faculty and clinical associate compensation structure for OHSU.
- Implement strategy in support of OHSU’s commitment to the development of consistent methodologies, tracking, and reporting of compensation and productivity of clinical physicians and APPs within OPP.
- Develop tracking tools to assess compensation and productivity related data to ensure adherence to OHSU guidelines and complete ongoing review of KPIs.
- Collaborate with leaders in the clinical and basic science departments within the School of Medicine and across the health system including members of the Provost Office, Human Resources, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, and other related departments to implement efficient and scalable business processes that are well understood.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of related program/project management experience.
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience
- Proficiency in Excel and development of complex workbooks
- Prior experience with SmartSheet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and facilitate discussions
- Professional and attentive customer service skills
- Ability to efficiently and effectively multi-task and manage many competing demands and multiple projects
- A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
- Understanding of the tools and technologies used for remote work
- Ability to work independently and at times with ambiguity
- Ability to perform the job duties with or without accommodation.
