Job Description

Legal Analyst ensuring compliance for a technology solutions company. Responsible for risk management, contract negotiations, and legal support across internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review and negotiate contracts of various types.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including deadline tracking and document filing.
  • Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation clauses.
  • Conduct legal due diligence on strategic projects.
  • Draft legal reports and opinions.
  • Monitor applicable regulations and ensure legal compliance.
  • Support the drafting and updating of internal policies and codes of conduct.
  • Act in fraud prevention and identify misconduct.
  • Propose improvements to legal department processes.
  • Provide legal support to internal departments.
  • Assist in litigation management and act as an interface with external law firms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
  • Prior experience in contract analysis and work in compliance/governance, preferably in technology companies or law firms with corporate clients.
  • Experience with public procurement/tenders (licitações).
  • Solid knowledge of contract law, administrative law, corporate law, and LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law).
  • Familiarity with contract management and/or compliance tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Advanced English (reading and writing) is highly desirable.
