Job Description
Legal Analyst ensuring compliance for a technology solutions company. Responsible for risk management, contract negotiations, and legal support across internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts of various types.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including deadline tracking and document filing.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation clauses.
- Conduct legal due diligence on strategic projects.
- Draft legal reports and opinions.
- Monitor applicable regulations and ensure legal compliance.
- Support the drafting and updating of internal policies and codes of conduct.
- Act in fraud prevention and identify misconduct.
- Propose improvements to legal department processes.
- Provide legal support to internal departments.
- Assist in litigation management and act as an interface with external law firms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Prior experience in contract analysis and work in compliance/governance, preferably in technology companies or law firms with corporate clients.
- Experience with public procurement/tenders (licitações).
- Solid knowledge of contract law, administrative law, corporate law, and LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law).
- Familiarity with contract management and/or compliance tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Advanced English (reading and writing) is highly desirable.
