Job Description
Contract Immigration Attorney managing immigration matters at Manifest Law, with pay-per-case compensation and workflow management support. Requires minimum 4 years' experience and active U.S. bar admission.
Responsibilities:
- Handle individual immigration matters including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B cases
- Manage caseload intensity based on your chosen work style
- Maintain rigorous legal quality and client communication standards
- Collaborate with platform for automated workflow management
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a practicing attorney
- J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
- Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions
- Ability to mentor junior attorneys
- Full commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099)
