Job Description

Intake Specialist guiding potential new clients through the intake process for legal services. Supporting Spanish-speaking clients and maintaining CRM records in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the firm administrator and legal team with intake-related tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems.
  • Triage incoming calls and web submissions to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Request and follow up on client reviews, alerting the marketing team of new feedback.
  • Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking contacts.
  • Transition new matters to the legal team once intake is complete.
  • Guide potential new clients through the intake process, including drafting representation agreements and verifying payments.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience with intake tasks.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Legal background is highly appreciated.
  • Spanish and English proficiency required.
  • Software/Tools: Lawmatics, 8x8, Slack, Clio, Outlook, Active Campaign.
