Job Description
Intake Specialist handling immigration support for clients via phone and CRM. Assisting in onboarding and retention while working in a remote role across various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client onboarding and retention activities
- Forward relevant messages and updates to attorneys and internal teams
- Conduct structured intake interviews with prospective clients
- Handle inbound and outbound intake communications via phone, SMS, and CRM
- Provide courteous check-ins with existing clients as part of retention efforts
- Maintain accurate and timely intake notes and records
- Follow up with prospective and current clients consistently
- Track leads and manage intake pipeline within the CRM
- Schedule consultations based on availability and urgency
Requirements:
- Full-time, remote role
- Work schedule aligned to Eastern Time
- Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday
- Spanish is mandatory
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients preferred
- Some familiarity with U.S. immigration processes is appreciated
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound communications
- Comfortable handling phone calls, SMS, and CRM-based follow-ups
