Job Description
Legal SME overseeing healthcare data-sharing agreements for GDIT’s CMS fraud-prevention partnership. Reviewing contracts and guiding partners’ compliance with HFPP requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee legal requirements for data sharing for Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership members and the Trusted Third Party
- Review and finalize legal documents governing partner data sharing
- Strengthen the Trusted Third Party relationship with data-sharing partners
- Collaborate with HFPP Leadership, Partner Engagement Team, and private payer partners
- Drive finalization of legal documents affecting partners’ ability to share data and GDIT’s ability to govern data
- Utilize Microsoft Suite
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to present to management-level staff
- Knowledge of data sharing agreements and healthcare preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Travel requirement of 10%
- US citizenship is not required
- No clearance is required
