Job Description
Litigation Support Specialist at a personal injury law firm managing case files and drafting legal documents. Organized and detail-oriented support for attorneys during litigation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize personal injury case files from intake through resolution.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and responses.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather essential information.
- Maintain accurate case timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate discovery processes, including document review and coding.
- Support attorneys during trial preparation and hearings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in litigation support, preferably in personal injury law.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office platforms.
- Clear and professional spoken and written English.
- Preferred: Paralegal certification or law degree.
