Job Description

Litigation Support Specialist at a personal injury law firm managing case files and drafting legal documents. Organized and detail-oriented support for attorneys during litigation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize personal injury case files from intake through resolution.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and responses.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather essential information.
  • Maintain accurate case timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate discovery processes, including document review and coding.
  • Support attorneys during trial preparation and hearings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years in litigation support, preferably in personal injury law.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Clear and professional spoken and written English.
  • Preferred: Paralegal certification or law degree.
