Job Description
M&A Analyst leading buy-side asset acquisitions in digital marketing firm within the iGaming sector. Analyzing SEO health and negotiating deals to build a talent-driven, impactful team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead buy-side asset acquisitions
- Analyze SEO health, traffic quality, and historical data to establish objective pricing models for every deal
- Manage complex, high-stakes negotiations while advocating effectively for the company’s position
- Identify hidden risks and "red flags" to ensure we only acquire high-quality, sustainable assets
- Build and present the financial and strategic rationale for potential acquisitions to the leadership team
Requirements:
- Professional business-level fluency in both German and English
- 2+ years of experience in M&A, due diligence, investment evaluation, or a similar corporate finance role
- Deep understanding of multiples, EBITDA, and asset valuation mechanics
- A proven ability to remain objective and walk away from unfavorable deals regardless of time invested
- Understanding of the digital publishing or iGaming landscape, would be an asset
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs to evaluate organic traffic health
