Job Description
Bilingual Market Development Representative generating qualified pipeline for ClickUp’s AI-powered work management platform. Engaging English- and Spanish-speaking prospects through inbound qualification and AI-enabled outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up promptly with all inbound leads from marketing activities via Zoom, phone, and email in English and Spanish
- Qualify marketing-qualified leads using a consistent framework
- Nurture leads through in-depth conversations as an educator and advisor
- Uncover and quantify business pain and document it for Account Executives
- Position ClickUp’s platform and agentic AI capabilities against prospect workflow gaps
- Adapt messaging for regional nuances across markets
- Use AI for research, personalization, call preparation, follow-up drafting, translation support, and CRM hygiene
- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records of lead interactions and qualification status
- Deliver comprehensive Account Executive handoffs covering qualification, roles, pain, competition, language, and regional considerations
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality, content effectiveness, and channel performance
- Occasionally perform cold outreach
- Share effective talk tracks, AI workflows, objection patterns, and regional insights
Requirements:
- Professional or native-level fluency in Spanish required
- Spanish verbal fluency assessed through an interview portion conducted entirely in Spanish
- Spanish written proficiency assessed through a written exercise
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales and/or a demonstrated passion for sales as a primary career focus
- Strong work ethic, grit, resilience, and tenacity
- Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to rebuild work processes around AI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and trust
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Collaborative team-player approach and proactive problem-solving
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where based
- ClickUp is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas for roles outside engineering and product
