Job Description
Marketing Analyst at Promova focusing on building attribution systems for marketing effectiveness. Collaborating with teams to drive data-informed scaling decisions in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of our attribution systems: run deep audits of existing sources to troubleshoot bottlenecks; support and develop attribution models so all marketing channels are evaluated correctly.
- Turn marketing data into clear, actionable scaling decisions.
- Analyze traffic quality, channel performance, and unit economics.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive data-informed improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or data analyst role.
- Deep understanding of mobile and web attribution: practical experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, etc.).
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or Amplitude) to visualize complex data and build granular dashboards.
- Bonus points: Experience in subscription-based products (web and/or mobile).
