Job Description
Brand Marketing + Communications Manager shaping narratives for a healthcare company utilizing AI technology and consumer care. Leading strategic content and social media to drive brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategy to improve organic search rankings and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) visibility
- Partner with technical SEO lead to prioritize content production, optimize existing assets, and ensure Found's innovations are discoverable in traditional and AI-powered search experiences
- Manage relationships with content production agencies and contractors to scale high-quality, SEO-optimized content that explains how technology supports human care
- Create content briefs, oversee topic clusters, and ensure content aligns with search intent and brand voice
- Track content performance metrics and iterate based on SEO/AEO analytics
- Lead organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit to drive engagement and build Found's reputation as an innovator in metabolic healthcare
- Develop platform-native content that showcases how Found supports personalized care, clinical outcomes, and member experiences
- Manage ambassador program, including monthly concepting, content approval, and creator relationships
- Oversee community management strategy and escalation protocols across social channels
- Coordinate with video editor and design resources to ensure consistent content flow that balances brand integrity with growth goals
- Support Found's communications strategy to position the company at the forefront of personalized, tech-enabled metabolic healthcare—securing coverage across consumer and trade outlets
- Serve as liaison with PR agency partners, supporting day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives
- Create and maintain press materials that articulate how Found's technology enhances human care, including releases, media kits, and executive briefing documents
- Develop and nurture relationships with key media outlets and journalists to secure high-impact coverage
- Monitor industry trends to identify PR opportunities and manage potential reputation issues
- Manage multiple agency relationships including content production, creator marketing, and direct influencer partnerships
- Coordinate onboarding, contract negotiations, and ongoing performance tracking
- Ensure agencies deliver against KPIs and integrate seamlessly with internal workflows
- Partner with Growth, Product, Clinical, Data, and others on integrated campaigns
- Support go-to-market launches for new features and capabilities with comprehensive content and communications deliverables
- Evolve company messaging as Found's capabilities and the industry landscape shift
- Maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting of marketing and communications metrics
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, and PR, ideally with technology or digital health companies
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization for both traditional and AI-powered search engines
- Demonstrated success managing organic social media for high-growth consumer tech or healthcare brands
- Experience managing multiple agency relationships and vendor partnerships simultaneously
- Existing media relationships across healthcare and technology press, with proven ability to secure earned coverage
- Exceptional writing skills across formats—craft compelling narratives for different audiences
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution abilities and attention to detail
