Job Description
Communications Manager developing interactive e-learning training at Take 5 Oil Change. Leading training staff and collaborating with experts on course design.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and deploys computer-based training (CBT) and interactive e-learning courses and training modules
- Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate online teaching mechanisms
- Guides training staff and shares expertise in the development and use of e-learning methodologies for course design
- Develops project documentation, including CBT and e-learning development standards, templates and storyboards.
Requirements:
- University Degree / Diploma
- 6+ years of experience
- May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 4-6 years
- Doctorate’s / Post-Graduate Degree and 2-4 years
