Job Description

Communications Manager developing interactive e-learning training at Take 5 Oil Change. Leading training staff and collaborating with experts on course design.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and deploys computer-based training (CBT) and interactive e-learning courses and training modules
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate online teaching mechanisms
  • Guides training staff and shares expertise in the development and use of e-learning methodologies for course design
  • Develops project documentation, including CBT and e-learning development standards, templates and storyboards.

Requirements:

  • University Degree / Diploma
  • 6+ years of experience
  • May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 4-6 years
  • Doctorate’s / Post-Graduate Degree and 2-4 years
