Job Description
Field Engineer responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining medical imaging systems in the Central Zone. Supporting healthcare innovation through technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on imaging equipment
- delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators
- managing financial performance within their territory
- establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
- Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required
- Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
- General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.
