Job Description

Servicetechniker Außendienst bei Viessmann für nachhaltige Energielösungen in Bad Sarrow- Frankfurt/Oder. Durchführen von Wartungen und Störungsbehebung bei Wärmepumpen.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators
  • Providing service-oriented advice to our customers and heating companies by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supporting your colleagues in technical field service across an extended radius of your deployment area
  • Taking on on-call duty with the goal of assisting our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements:

  • Completed industry-specific vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK (plumbing/heating technician), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; further qualification as a Meister (master craftsman) or state-certified technician is an advantage
  • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC/ventilation technology
  • Holder of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
  • Valid driving licence Class B
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
