Job Description
Join Talan as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert to design and implement CRM solutions. Collaborate with teams and clients to innovate and enhance customer experience through technology.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive, client-tailored solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Lead a team of technical consultants: task planning, technical guidance, and progress monitoring.
- Participate in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions.
- Write and validate technical and functional specifications.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications.
- Maintain technology watch to incorporate best practices and innovations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: project teams, business units, and clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Deep expertise in recent versions of Dynamics 365 and experience with at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing).
- At least 5 years’ proven experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Experience in systems integration and using tools such as Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to coach and motivate a technical team.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional or technical certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus.
- Any experience with Azure is also a plus.
