Job Description

Onboarding specialist ensuring new students have clarity and support in their learning journey. In a tech ecosystem aiming to connect developers with global job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customers after purchase and oversee onboarding activities
  • Conduct proactive and reactive support with active listening
  • Monitor initial steps on the platform and in the community
  • Anticipate early questions and act preventively
  • Conduct welcome calls
  • Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Maintain organized records and well-structured processes

Requirements:

  • Experience with onboarding and customer support
  • Strategic mindset focused on clear processes and organization
  • Clear, human-centered communication
  • Autonomy to handle multiple interactions simultaneously
  • Availability for daily calls (~8–10 calls per day)
  • Experience with digital products or education (plus)
  • Familiarity with Octadesk and RD Station (plus)
  • Experience analyzing customer journeys and implementing improvements (plus)
  • Affinity for tech (plus)
