Job Description
Onboarding specialist ensuring new students have clarity and support in their learning journey. In a tech ecosystem aiming to connect developers with global job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers after purchase and oversee onboarding activities
- Conduct proactive and reactive support with active listening
- Monitor initial steps on the platform and in the community
- Anticipate early questions and act preventively
- Conduct welcome calls
- Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintain organized records and well-structured processes
Requirements:
- Experience with onboarding and customer support
- Strategic mindset focused on clear processes and organization
- Clear, human-centered communication
- Autonomy to handle multiple interactions simultaneously
- Availability for daily calls (~8–10 calls per day)
- Experience with digital products or education (plus)
- Familiarity with Octadesk and RD Station (plus)
- Experience analyzing customer journeys and implementing improvements (plus)
- Affinity for tech (plus)
