Job Description
Analista Looker role at Verity, a digital transformation consultancy creating dashboards and metrics. Focus on consolidating data sources and improving customer experience metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Create CSAT and NPS views/dashboards
- Consolidate existing information into a Looker dashboard, structuring and organizing visualizations
- Develop a dashboard to map experience gaps, taking into account teams' backlogs related to the customer journey/experience
- Create and track effectiveness and efficiency metrics for the CX team, making all metrics available within Looker
- Contribute to the structuring and maintenance of governance for these data and dashboards
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Looker (primary skill)
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and consolidate them
- Experience with CSAT, NPS, and CX metrics
- Prior experience with Qualtrics is desirable
