Job Description
QA Engineer delivering high-quality and scalable systems while collaborating with engineering and product teams. Focus on exploratory testing, performance, and evolving QA standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead exploratory and end-to-end testing across complex systems and user workflows
- Ensure acceptance criteria are clear, complete, and testable
- Identify risks and define robust testing strategies, including non-functional testing (performance, scalability, reliability)
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align on quality goals
- Participate in planning, design sessions, and three amigos meetings
- Analyse quality metrics and use insights to improve QA processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Contribute to test coverage across manual and automated testing
- Support testing of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-based environments
- Help evolve QA standards, tools, and best practices across the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of QA experience in diverse software development projects
- Manual testing expertise across Web and Mobile
- Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a focus on exploratory and system-level testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience testing APIs and complex or distributed systems
- Exposure to cloud environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
