Job Description

Motion Designer creating engaging animation and video content for social media campaigns. Collaborating with Creative Directors in a remote role focusing on social-first content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging motion assets for social media and paid campaigns across multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, and others).
  • Translate existing creative concepts into compelling animated executions.
  • Perform light video editing for online video (OLV) and social content when required.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Prepare, adapt, and version assets for various social and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Project Managers to refine and execute approved concepts.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in motion design and animation.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of social media asset production and platform specifications.
  • Experience developing paid advertising content for social platforms.
  • Ability to execute efficiently and independently based on provided briefs.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
