Job Description
Multimedia Designer creating branding, digital ads, sales presentations, and WordPress content for a nationwide U.S. media and broadcasting company. Managing high-volume, cross-channel design projects remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop branding and creative assets for radio stations, events, and campaigns
- Design logos, advertisements, print collateral, vehicle graphics, web graphics, and digital ads
- Create cohesive visual campaigns across print, websites, apps, and social media
- Create customized sales proposals, presentations, and marketing packages
- Translate designs into fully editable PowerPoint presentations for sales teams
- Develop digital ads and other creative products for client brands
- Design, update, and maintain visual content for WordPress websites
- Collaborate with Corporate Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams on campaigns and events
- Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development sessions
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Support video editing and multimedia projects as needed
Requirements:
- Professional Graphic/Multimedia Design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital advertising, social media, and marketing materials
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Hands-on experience using WordPress to create and edit website content
- Hands-on experience using PowerPoint to produce fully editable presentations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to translate one design concept across print, digital, social, and web formats
- Video editing skills are a strong plus but not required
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
- Strong collaboration and ability to take direction across departments
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Reliable internet connection
- Must provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or similar or higher
- 40 hours per week availability, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm Eastern Time
