Job Description
Analyst responsible for Elastic Stack observability and support at IT-ONE technology. Engage in troubleshooting, data modeling, and technical support in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical reference for the Elastic Stack, ensuring platform support and ongoing evolution.
- Implement and configure Elastic APM, and manage log and metrics ingestion (Beats, Logstash, pipelines).
- Design index modeling, ILM, and data retention policies to ensure performance and governance.
- Create technical and executive dashboards in Kibana, translating data into strategic insights.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of application performance, infrastructure, and Elastic clusters.
- Support integrations with Kubernetes, virtualized environments, and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical support in environments using Dynatrace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields).
- Strong knowledge of the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats).
- Experience with index modeling and management.
- Experience with Elastic APM, including deployment and tuning.
- Knowledge of ILM (Index Lifecycle Management).
- Experience with Query DSL and KQL for querying and data analysis.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting on Elastic clusters.
- Experience with Ingest Pipelines.
- Experience in high-criticality corporate environments, with a focus on stability, performance, and availability.
