Job Description

Bilingual Vietnamese-English Onboarding Consultant implementing Toast POS for US restaurants. Guiding owners and staff through training, Go-Live support, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the customer’s relationship manager and point of contact from account purchase through onboarding
  • Work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to achieve monthly activation goals
  • Prioritize work based on customer needs and Toast requirements
  • Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live and build onboarding plans within timeline and budget
  • Create best practices for daily restaurant operations, including labor and food costs, table turn time, and guest relationships
  • Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs before installation and communicate them to project resources
  • Perform remote onboarding and document Toast POS installation, best practices, and deviations
  • Create and lead onboarding training for restaurant staff focused on operational efficiencies
  • Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, including books of 80+ restaurants
  • Provide remote Go-Live support, troubleshooting, post-live guidance, and follow-up training

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual/fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry
  • 3+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations, for instance a Restaurant GM
  • Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills
  • 1+ years of experience using POS software, ideally in the service industry (nonessential)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (nice to have)
  • Experience working in the tech industry or for a SaaS company (nice to have)
  • Training, teaching, or development experience (nice to have)
