Job Description
Onboarding Specialist guiding new clients on the trading platform at PrimeXBT. Developing business opportunities and ensuring smooth user transitions during registration and deposits.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing effective communication with clients
- Analyzing the end user experience based on following data: customer’s feedback, support requests data analysis, service data statistics and internal testing
- Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the process of making a deposit
- Assisting clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications)
- Collaboration with the management and IT/Suport departments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto.
- Background in sales would be a great plus
- Proficiency in English(clear accent)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset.
