Job Description

Onboarding Specialist guiding new clients on the trading platform at PrimeXBT. Developing business opportunities and ensuring smooth user transitions during registration and deposits.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing effective communication with clients
  • Analyzing the end user experience based on following data: customer’s feedback, support requests data analysis, service data statistics and internal testing
  • Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the process of making a deposit
  • Assisting clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications)
  • Collaboration with the management and IT/Suport departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto.
  • Background in sales would be a great plus
  • Proficiency in English(clear accent)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset.
