Job Description
Online ESL Instructor teaching adult learners speaking, listening, pronunciation, and communication skills. Delivering live, one-on-one English sessions through a structured online teaching approach.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct live, one-on-one online English sessions with adult learners
- Support students in developing their speaking, listening, pronunciation, and communication skills
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to improve fluency and confidence
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions following a structured teaching approach
Requirements:
- Clear and natural American accent
- English proficiency of C1 level or higher
- Proven experience teaching English courses online
- Previous experience with language centers or online education platforms is required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, engaging, and confident teaching style
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for teaching and supporting learners’ development
