Job Description
Outbound Sales Agent making high-volume calls to US business owners for payment solutions company. Building rapport, booking qualified appointments and exceeding appointment targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US business owners and decision makers
- Open the conversation, build rapport fast, and create interest in the product
- Handle objections calmly and keep the prospect on the line
- Book qualified appointments and hand them off to the closing team
- Follow up by call and email so no lead slips through
- Keep your pipeline and notes clean and up to date in the CRM
- Hit and exceed daily and weekly appointment targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outbound call centre, telesales, or BPO experience, ideally on US or UK campaigns
- Strong, clear spoken English and a warm, energetic phone presence
- Comfort with high call volumes and a target-driven environment
- Solid objection handling and the persistence to reach hard-to-access decision makers
- Experience with a dialer and CRM (any of Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Five9, Vici, RingCentral, GoHighLevel)
- A reliable remote setup: quiet workspace, headset, stable high-speed internet, and backup power and internet for load shedding
- Availability to work US hours
- Nice to have
- Appointment setting or SDR experience for international clients
- Background in payments, fintech, insurance, or another high-volume phone sales environment
- Experience in payment processing or the cannabis industry is a plus
