Job Description
Licensed Talk Therapist for Thriveworks providing telehealth sessions to clients across the country. Join a clinician-led organization focused on hybrid mental health care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country
- Handle administrative work like credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing with flexible scheduling available
Requirements:
- Independently licensed and living in California — LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
