Job Description
Payments Support Specialist III supporting EverCommerce Payment’s partners with technical and operational assistance. Managing case resolutions and ensuring seamless integrations for partners.
Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in supporting EverCommerce Payment’s integrated partners
- Manage and execute fraud authorization testing cases
- Handle escalated partner cases and resolve complex technical issues
- Act as a role model and mentor within the Customer Care team
- Participate in new hire and ongoing trainings by creating training materials
Requirements:
- Advanced technical and operational assistance in payment processing
- Expertise in API integration, fraud management, and system troubleshooting
- Ability to manage Tier 3 cases with a maximum of 72-hour SLA
- Knowledge of EverCommerce Payments policies and procedures
- Proactive in identifying team knowledge gaps and suggesting improvements
- Monitor and actively respond to partner queries in Microsoft Teams
