Job Description
Mediador pedagógico remoto de Engenharia Mecânica na UNIFACS, parte do Ecossistema Ânima. Condução de mediações, tutoria virtual e apoio à aprendizagem dos estudantes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mediation sessions, deepening students’ understanding of course content and strengthening their learning
- Act proactively in the virtual learning environment by addressing questions, encouraging engagement, and monitoring forum interactions
- Support the lead instructor in grading written assessments, ensuring pedagogical consistency and alignment with established criteria
- Participate in the student orientation program, supporting new students and leading make-up sessions for late entrants
- Maintain ongoing communication with the lead instructor to align academic and pedagogical strategies
- Participate in institutional training programs to continuously improve mediation practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in the field
- Experience in mentoring, classroom teaching, or tutoring
- A master’s or doctoral degree will be considered an advantage
