Job Description
Pediatric Mental Health Therapist providing teletherapy to children ages 0-17 in Georgia. Join Hazel Health to support mental health care access for youth and families remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Hazel Health platform to children ages 0-17 years old, parents, and families
- Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
- Complete clinical documentation using the Hazel Health platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
- Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting
Requirements:
- Masters level therapists independently licensed in (Georgia), ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
- Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!
