Job Description
Fully Remote Therapist providing evidence-based care from home. Join Centerstone's virtual team in Tennessee with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Create and update treatment plans according to policy
- Provide therapy services based upon assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis
- Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face to face settings
- Keep administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization
- Respond to needs of clients in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care
Requirements:
- Hold a full independent TN license (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Use research-driven, evidence-based clinical practices and comfortable with short term therapy models
- Can adapt quickly to new technology and processes
- Have experience (or interest) in group therapy and telehealth
- Keep EHR documentation current and accurate
- Bonus: Experience with Phreesia or similar platforms, experience working with children in a virtual therapy setting, bilingual
