Job Description
Mental Health Therapist providing telehealth sessions for women's behavioral health services. Focus on maternal mental health and support throughout reproductive life stages.
Responsibilities:
- Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
- Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
- Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment
Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed in Washington, DC
- Currently, we can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists who hold an active license as as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist
- Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following, but are not limited to: (AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA)
- Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in women's mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause
- Candidates should also have experience working in a telehealth setting and consider themselves tech savvy
- A desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population while opening up access to care
- Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
- Bilingual is a plus!
