Job Description
Providing operational support as Therapy Access Intake Specialist for Cala Health, assisting with data entry, fax management, and patient documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily data entry requirements and Intake process for new and existing patients
- Oversee daily operations of incoming document fax server along with identifying and filing documentation within customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Provide review and quality check of incoming documents, associated data entry and organization
- Receive completed paperwork from customers (e.g., agreements, privacy notifications, etc.)
- Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures; Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations
- Document all interactions into the customer relationship management (CRM) system in accordance with Quality Assurance/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the healthcare industry focused on administrative / clerical responsibilities with a strong experience in customer service and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer competency including MS Office, Google, Internet, and navigation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
