Job Description
Performance Test Analyst for enterprise applications conducting performance testing in Linux and cloud environments. Collaborating with stakeholders to assure optimal system performance and reporting critical findings.
Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and execute performance test scripts for enterprise applications
- Lead end-to-end performance testing and tuning, including test planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Conduct load testing in Linux, OpenShift, and virtualized environments
- Perform performance testing within CI/CD pipelines (good to have)
- Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning improvements
- Perform system-level tuning, including CPU, memory, disk, and network optimization
- Tune Linux kernel parameters to improve system performance
- Present performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6 to 7 years Experience
- Strong experience in Linux, OpenShift, and virtualization-based load testing
- Deep knowledge of Linux internals and system performance tuning (CPU, memory, disk, network, kernel parameters)
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter (NeoLoad is optional)
- Experience working with applications built on .NET, Java, and AWS Cloud environments
- Strong performance analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating performance testing within CI/CD pipelines (good to have)
- Exposure to APM and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
- Agile/Scrum knowledge or certification
