Job Description
Clean Energy Technician installing heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators for Aira’s sustainable home energy systems. Training provided toward heat pump installation.
Responsibilities:
- Install Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators as part of a team
- Work closely with the installation team and designers
- Use surveyed job specifications and schematic diagrams for installations
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient heat pump installations
- Train at the Aira Academy
- Progress toward becoming a Heat Pump Installer
- Help families lower their energy costs and carbon footprint
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
- Experience installing radiators, cylinders, and pipework
- NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent) preferred
- WRAS Qualifications (water regs) preferred
- Experience with unvented hot water systems (part G) preferred
- Gas qualifications preferred
- Must work safely and efficiently
- Previous heat pump experience is not required
