Job Description

PMO analyst managing initiative intake, portfolio reporting, risks, and governance for Rithum’s commerce network. Supporting Brands Services leadership with prioritization and resourcing analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer intake for Brands Services initiative requests by logging, classifying, routing, and tracking status against turnaround targets
  • Prepare triage packets and maintain decision logs so prioritization rationale remains traceable
  • Build and maintain the portfolio reporting layer covering status, milestones, and health
  • Automate manual reporting steps
  • Produce executive-ready analysis and KPI reporting focused on required decisions and variance drivers
  • Maintain the initiative inventory of record, including owners, success criteria, milestones, and definition of done
  • Maintain the dependency register and risk/issue log
  • Escalate risks and issues against defined thresholds before milestones are at risk
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and status packets for governance forums
  • Capture and follow up on decisions and action items
  • Maintain PMO templates and standards
  • Partner with initiative owners to keep portfolio data current and accurate
  • Leverage AI, data, and scalable processes to improve productivity, decision-making, automation, and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination, PMO operations, business operations, or an analyst role supporting initiative or portfolio reporting
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining status or performance reporting for leadership
  • Hands-on experience with a project or work management tool such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar, including building views, dashboards, and reports
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and multi-source data consolidation, applied to portfolio or KPI analysis
  • Experience tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience preparing meeting materials, pre-reads, or decision documents for senior stakeholders
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude for communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation
  • 3+ years of experience in PMO operations, program management, or business operations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in the applicable discipline or related field preferred
  • Experience in a SaaS, technology, or e-commerce organization preferred
  • Experience with business intelligence or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker preferred
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or Zapier preferred
  • Experience supporting an annual or quarterly planning cycle end to end preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication preferred
  • Ability to compress detail into a clear executive summary preferred
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward structuring undefined work preferred
  • Up to 10% travel required
