Job Description

Pricing & Performance Analyst leveraging SQL and Python to drive loan pricing strategy and marketplace acquisition optimization. Collaborating across teams to enhance financial solutions for consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze competitive loan pricing using data from marketplaces, aggregators, and third-party sources
  • Recommend granular pricing changes based on market dynamics and price elasticity insights
  • Build models (Python/SQL) to forecast impact on leads, conversion, origination volume, revenue, and margin
  • Design and analyze experiments to measure pricing and funnel performance
  • Optimize bidding strategies across partner marketplaces to improve CAC and ROI
  • Write complex SQL to analyze large datasets and build scalable analytics
  • Build dashboards and share clear, actionable insights with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in pricing, growth analytics, data science, or fintech analytics
  • Strong SQL skills (required) and hands-on Python experience (pandas, numpy, etc.)
  • Experience with experimentation, modeling, or causal analysis
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses
  • Strong communication skills and comfort influencing cross-functional partners
