Job Description
Principal AI Architect at Atlas Technica leading the technical roadmap for AI frameworks in the financial services sector. Focused on hands-on building and architecting secure AI solutions for top-tier clients.
Responsibilities:
- Architect the "Safe Zone" (Tier 2): Design the technical middleware using Microsoft Graph API (Sites.Selected) to solve the "Permission Inheritance Trap"
- Design Forensic Compliance (Tier 3): Implement enterprise-grade prompt journaling and audit logging
- Lead the Atlas AI Lab: Own our internal sandbox environment
- Oversee the "AI Project Machine": Act as the lead architect for bespoke client builds
- Lead Technical Validation: Perform feasibility studies against client tenant infrastructure
- Hands-On Execution: Serve as the final escalation point for complex deployments
Requirements:
- Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online (unique permissions/broken inheritance), and Entra ID (Conditional Access)
- AI Infrastructure Fluency: Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry/Studio, the Azure Model Catalog, and frameworks like LangChain
- Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs to structured data sources (APIs, Databases)
- Security & Compliance: Expertise in Microsoft Purview (Sensitivity Labels, DLP) and Defender for Cloud Apps
- Scripting & API Chops: Fluent in PowerShell and Python
- Financial Services Context: Experience in a Hedge Fund, Private Equity firm, or highly regulated MSP is highly desirable.
