Job Description

Principal Contract Specialist drafting and negotiating complex customer and partner contracts for 11:11 Systems' technology services. Supporting global sales, channel teams, and contract issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, interpret, and negotiate contractual documents supporting global sales and channel teams
  • Make independent decisions within Company policy and procedures
  • Recommend potential resolutions to contract issues
  • Assist Contract Specialists and internal resources with specific contractual issues
  • Draft clear and concise contracts addressing customer contractual issues with minimal oversight
  • Negotiate complex customer and partner contracts effectively and efficiently
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of technology services and the relationship of contract clauses to those services
  • Identify, report, and escalate business issues to the applicable line of business
  • Investigate and provide timely written responses to termination requests and breach allegations
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Follow Company regulations, policies, working practices, data protection, information security, privacy, compliance, and data handling requirements
  • Report security weaknesses and incidents appropriately
  • Complete annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of complex contract negotiation experience
  • Experience preferably within the information technology services industry
  • JD preferred; paralegal certificate or commensurate experience considered
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with and support of sales and channel is required
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in high paced environment
  • Proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business orientation and team player
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Salesforce
  • Must be legally eligible to work in your country of residence without visa sponsorship
