Job Description
Material change specialist managing S4 Hana and Maextro configuration activities for XP Power’s global power solutions business. Developing Power Platform, SharePoint, PowerBI, and AI-enabled automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ownership and accountability for Material Change execution and review activities together with post Maextro tasks
- Develop and manage reporting, automation, and tracking processes across the Configuration Management Group leveraging AI for automation development
- Act as owner of Material Master execution for Configuration Management activities
- Allocate and oversee tasks
- Implement ECR in S4 Hana, including MM Basic Data updates, Form-Fit-Function Class updates, DIR creation and updates, and interfacing with different functions for catalogue and fabricated part release in S4 Hana
- Complete Finished Good creation via Maextro, a material master management application
- Work with the Data Team on Maextro enhancement projects
- Attend daily ECR status update meetings for action assignment
- Own development of new tools and improvement or troubleshooting of existing Configuration Management tools
- Create and maintain trackers
- Create and maintain SharePoint pages
- Develop reporting metrics and PowerBI reports
- Develop automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI
- Perform duties as deemed necessary by the Configuration Management Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in related subject
- Experience of tool development leveraging AI desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users, process owners, IT teams, and other functional stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements and process concepts into functional application designs, workflows, data structures, and automation logic
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for developing applications, workflows, approvals, and notifications
- Experience using SharePoint Lists and Libraries
- Ability to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management-level visualizations using PowerBI
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, tables, data transformation, and Power Query
- 5 years experience in an equivalent/related position
