Job Description

Procurement Manager managing contracts, suppliers, sourcing, and savings for Gcore’s global data center and connectivity infrastructure. Coordinating cross-functional procurement operations and supplier performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full contract lifecycle from market engagement and negotiation through execution, supplier onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Ensure timely renewals, renegotiations, and proactive contract management to avoid service disruptions
  • Drive contract compliance, enforce SLAs, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain a contract calendar covering renewals, extensions, and savings opportunities
  • Manage sourcing activities, including RFx preparation, supplier evaluation, and award recommendations
  • Maintain a repository of existing and potential service providers
  • Lead supplier onboarding and coordinate internal stakeholders for timely service implementation
  • Ensure procurement transactions comply with internal policies and are properly documented
  • Support and coordinate the procurement team’s operational workload
  • Track, validate, and report cost savings from renegotiations and sourcing
  • Identify total-cost-of-ownership optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and technical teams
  • Recommend and implement procurement process improvements
  • Contribute to sourcing strategies for key service categories
  • Develop, implement, and track procurement KPIs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data center, colocation, cloud infrastructure, telecom, or related industries
  • Understanding of colocation and data center services
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, relationship-driven approach to market engagement and supplier management
  • Existing relationships with colocation providers or data center operators preferred
  • Experience supporting infrastructure sourcing or colocation sales activities preferred
  • Familiarity with major global data center markets preferred
  • Exposure to enterprise or large-scale infrastructure environments preferred
  • Experience in customer-facing or commercially focused infrastructure roles preferred
