Job Description
Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist managing service providers for Allianz Partners. Responsibilities include process optimization, project contribution, and quality assurance in a diverse role.
Responsibilities:
- Digitize existing processes and continuously optimize them using AI technologies
- Actively contribute to and drive forward strategic projects
- Implement and further develop quality assurance measures
- Prepare data-driven analyses, presentations, and process documentation
- Assist external service providers in using our billing system
- Manage the team inbox and respond to email inquiries professionally
- Serve as the first point of contact for telephone inquiries from our external partners
Requirements:
- Completed degree or commercial/technical vocational training
- Strong MS Office skills and affinity for IT systems
- Fluent in German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
