Job Description

Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist managing service providers for Allianz Partners. Responsibilities include process optimization, project contribution, and quality assurance in a diverse role.

Responsibilities:

  • Digitize existing processes and continuously optimize them using AI technologies
  • Actively contribute to and drive forward strategic projects
  • Implement and further develop quality assurance measures
  • Prepare data-driven analyses, presentations, and process documentation
  • Assist external service providers in using our billing system
  • Manage the team inbox and respond to email inquiries professionally
  • Serve as the first point of contact for telephone inquiries from our external partners

Requirements:

  • Completed degree or commercial/technical vocational training
  • Strong MS Office skills and affinity for IT systems
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
