Job Description
Product Development Lead Analyst turning data into impactful solutions at Cigna Group. Leading product development initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product development initiatives that improve and expand Intelligence Solutions Research Services
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product and delivery strategies
- Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and with purpose
- Partner with product, sales, operations, and external teams to maintain alignment and shared ownership
- Build and manage project plans that balance scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources
- Identify risks and challenges early, communicate them clearly, and guide practical solutions
- Make thoughtful recommendations when tradeoffs arise, keeping customer value and business goals in focus
- Manage multiple high-impact initiatives at the same time while maintaining quality and momentum
- Share progress, insights, and outcomes with stakeholders at all levels in a clear and confident way
- Work closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to support long-term growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product development, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
- Experience working in healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-focused environments
- Proven ability to lead projects from planning through delivery, managing complexity and change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
