Job Description
Product Manager für Accounting- und Fiscalisation-Produkte bei chargecloud. Modernisierung von Legacy-Lösungen für europaweite E-Mobility-Ladeinfrastruktur.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop an established product area within the Product Team
- Take responsibility for products in the Accounting & Fiscalisation domain
- Contribute to the strategy of the Revenue Cluster
- Manage and structure the Product Backlog in collaboration with Engineering and Delivery teams
- Conduct discovery activities and manage stakeholders
- Balance market requirements, product development, and execution
- Modernize existing legacy solutions
- Drive the future-ready development of the product area
- Monitor market, compliance, and regulatory developments
- Derive relevant product requirements
- Define and analyze suitable metrics to evaluate the success and adoption of developments
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner, along with practical knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Payment, or a related financial sector
- Alternatively, a professional background in Accounting, Finance, Payment, or a related financial sector, combined with a willingness to acquire targeted Product Management knowledge
- Understanding of complex business requirements, with the ability to structure them and translate them into clear product decisions
- Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and discovery, as well as in collaborating with Engineering teams
- Ability to maintain an overview and set clear priorities, even in dynamic and challenging situations
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Very clear and proactive communication skills
- Good German language skills are an advantage
- A traditional Product Owner or Product Management certification is not required; practical experience and a willingness to take on responsibility are more important
